文章对某厂5台超高压水晶釜进行疲劳断裂分析,结果表明,该厂5台在役水晶釜釜体内壁存在深a0=1 mm ,半长 c0=3 mm的半椭圆表面裂纹时裂纹均会扩展,且均不满足“未爆先漏”条件,存在爆炸性脆性破裂的危害,同时得到了1#水晶釜表面裂纹不同尺寸的裂纹萌生寿命与整个疲劳寿命的理论比值,该值与材料疲劳损伤试验结果相吻合。
文章對某廠5檯超高壓水晶釜進行疲勞斷裂分析,結果錶明,該廠5檯在役水晶釜釜體內壁存在深a0=1 mm ,半長 c0=3 mm的半橢圓錶麵裂紋時裂紋均會擴展,且均不滿足“未爆先漏”條件,存在爆炸性脆性破裂的危害,同時得到瞭1#水晶釜錶麵裂紋不同呎吋的裂紋萌生壽命與整箇疲勞壽命的理論比值,該值與材料疲勞損傷試驗結果相吻閤。

Fatigue fracture analysis of five super‐high pressure crystal vessels in a factory was carried out .The results show that the semi‐elliptical surface crack in the inside wall of crystal vessel will ex‐tend when a0 =1 mm ,and c0 =3 mm and the condition of “leak‐before‐break” is not satisfied .The crystal vessel with semi‐elliptical surface crack has the risk of explosive brittle fracture .The theoreti‐cal ratio of the crack initiation life to the fatigue life in the No .1 crystal vessel with different surface crack sizes is obtained ,which agrees well with the result of the material fatigue damage test .
