文章利用有限元方法(finite element method ,简称FEM )分别建立了无油槽、单环形油槽、“8”字形油槽(交叉油槽)向心关节轴承的三维有限元模型,并分析了它们在相同载荷条件和边界条件下的应力和应变情况,得出了各轴承内、外圈分别沿轴向的应力应变分布图以及内外圈之间的接触压力分布云图,据此研究不同油槽对关节轴承接触特性的影响。结果表明,油槽对于轴承的应力应变及接触压力分布均有较为明显的影响,故轴承设计时应充分考虑该因素。

Finite element method (FEM ) was applied to establishing three‐dimensional finite element models of radial spherical plain bearings with non‐groove ,single ring groove and 8‐shaped groove re‐spectively .Then their stress and strain under the same load and boundary conditions are analyzed ,in‐cluding the axial stress‐strain distribution of various bearing’s inner rings and outer rings and the con‐tact pressure distribution between the inner rings and outer rings .Through the comparison of the in‐fluence of different shaped oil grooves on the contact characteristics of radial spherical plain bearing ,it can be concluded that oil groove has an obvious influence on the bearing stress and strain and the con‐tact pressure distribution ,w hich should be taken into adequate consideration in bearing design .
