高温高剪切条件下的粘度是苛刻条件下润滑油的重要质量指标;阐述和对比分析了目前国内测定高温高剪切条件下润滑油粘度测定的三种方法(SH/T 0618、SH/T 0703和SH/T 0751);简要介绍了国内外高温高剪切粘度仪的应用;最后指出高温高剪切粘度仪的国产化及其推广应用尚需进一步努力。

Viscosity under high temperature and high shear condition is an important quality index of lubricating oil under harsh conditions. In this paper, three kinds of viscosity determination methods (SH/T 0618, SH/T 0703 and SH/T 0751) of lubricating oil under high temperature and high shear condition were introduced and compared;Domestic and foreign viscosity analyzer used under high temperature and high shear condition was introduced. It’s pointed out that the localization and application of the viscosity analyzer used under high temperature and high shear condition should be enhanced.
