对广西某铝厂的赤泥进行了盐酸浸出铁、铝的工艺条件研究,并利用扫描电镜和X-衍射对赤泥酸溶前后的形貌特征及矿物物像、化学成分进行分析表征,研究结果表明,赤泥在温度为80℃、液固比为6、浓度为7 mol/L的盐酸中反应3 h ,Fe和Al的浸出率分别为82%和30.5%;酸溶前后赤泥形貌由团粒状转变为层架状,赤泥中赤铁矿矿物相被盐酸充分溶出。
對廣西某鋁廠的赤泥進行瞭鹽痠浸齣鐵、鋁的工藝條件研究,併利用掃描電鏡和X-衍射對赤泥痠溶前後的形貌特徵及礦物物像、化學成分進行分析錶徵,研究結果錶明,赤泥在溫度為80℃、液固比為6、濃度為7 mol/L的鹽痠中反應3 h ,Fe和Al的浸齣率分彆為82%和30.5%;痠溶前後赤泥形貌由糰粒狀轉變為層架狀,赤泥中赤鐵礦礦物相被鹽痠充分溶齣。

The systematic study of leaching red mud with hydrochloric acid is carried out .The microstructure and phase transformation of red mud is analyzed by means of SEM and XRD .The experiment results show that the leaching ratios of Fe and Al are 82% and 30 .5% respectively under the condition that reaction temperature 80℃ ,liquid to solid ratio 6 ,hy-drochloric acid concentration 7mol/L and reaction time 3h .Microstructure of red mud is transformed from granular into layer frame shape after been leached by HCl .The hematite in red mud has been totally leached by HCl .
