ATP dry distillation process uses small particles of oil shale to carry out the refining production. In this paper, the ATP oil dry distillation process was introduced.Technical advantages of the ATP process were analyzed from four aspects of overall energy efficiency, undressed ore utilization, oil yield and quality. At last, development direction of shale oil refining technology was discussed.
