介绍了浙大中控的JX-300XP DCS控制系统的总体设计,包括硬件部分和软件部分。针对桦甸油页岩干馏工艺中干馏炉燃烧系统的多变量、强耦合、强干扰、大滞后的复杂特性采用模糊控制与自寻优相结合的方法,设计出瓦斯气压力—炉膛温度的模糊串级控制,同时协调处理氧含量和炉膛负压在一定范围内优化的控制策略,并给出基于JX-300XP DCS 的实施方案。应用表明,该方案具有较强的抗干扰能力,较好地实现了桦甸油页岩干馏炉燃烧控制的稳定性和充分性的任务。

Overall design of JX-300XP DCS control system developed by SUPCON was introduced, including the hardware part and software part. Combined with characteristics of Huadian oil shale retorting process furnace combustion system including multi variable, strong coupling, strong interference and large lag, the cascade fuzzy control of gas pressure-temperature in the furnace was designed by method of fuzzy control and self optimizing, the control strategy to simultaneously optimize the oxygen content and the furnace pressure was put forward, and the implementation scheme of JX-300XP based on DCS was given. Application results show that, this scheme has strong anti-interference ability, can achieve the stability of combustion control of Huadian oil shale retorting and adequacy of the task.
