以低压比双涡圈涡旋压缩机为研究对象,通过对关键部件滚珠防自转机构和动涡盘的力学分析,建立了滚珠防自转—动涡盘的动力学数学模型,采用牛顿迭代法对动力学数学方程组进行了数值求解,得出了曲柄销受力和动涡盘倾覆力矩随主轴转角的变化规律。结果表明:双涡圈涡旋压缩机气体载荷变化平稳、关键零部件受力波动幅度小,从而使机器运行更加稳定,为双涡圈涡旋压缩机的研发提供理论依据。

Taking the twin-wraps scroll compressor with low pressure as a research object, mechanical analysis of the key parts including the ball anti-rotation and the orbiting scroll was carried out, the dynamics model of the ball anti-rotation and orbiting scroll system was established. Then Newton iterative method was used to solve the algebraic equations to get the crank pin force changing law with the spindle rotation. The results show that:The gas loads of the twin-spirals scroll compressor change steadily; the key components stress fluctuation is small. So the machine runs more stably.
