本文是在石油天然气装备教育部重点实验室建设项目基础上设计了一套基于S7—300 PLC的自动送钻模拟系统对真实钻井过程进行模拟,模拟系统通过液压缸内液体压力变化来进行钻压模拟,以工控机为上位机PLC为下位机,以S7-300 PLC为控制系统的核心,设计PROFIBUS_DP网络控制方案。通过变频器MM440对交流电机的控制完成对液压系统供油速度和滚筒送绳速度的控制最终实现钻压控制,达到模拟自动送钻过程的目的。为提高教学质量和科学研究提供了基础平台。

Based on the priority laboratory construction project of oil and gas equipment of ministry of education ,this thesis designs a set of automatic feed drilling simulation system for simulating actual drilling process account on S7-300 PLC. Simulation system processes WOB simulation through different liquid pressure in the hydraulic cylinder and de-signs PROFIBUS_DP network control scheme,with industrial computer as the upper machine,PLC as lower machine, and S7-300 PLC as the core of the control system. This Simulation system completes to control the delivery rate of hy-draulic system and roller line speed through the frequent control of AC motor by MM440. Finally,all those help to real-ize the condition of WOB control and to achieve the auto-drilling process. To some extent this simulation system provides a foundation platform which can improve the quality of teaching and enhance scientific research.
