The general teaching material is applied to military communication foundation course,the course standard of military communication foundation is also laid down,then,these positive factors are key factors during teaching such as understanding attentively course standard,designing meticulously teaching thinking and chapters contents,implementing carefully teaching program,evaluating scientifically teaching result, widened students’ view,developing operation capacity,optimizing teaching idea,and so on.The course design is accomplished based on above factors,its purpose is improving teaching quality and training students’ adaptability to future pose.Its necessary and effectiveness are preliminary verified by one times teaching practice.
