M-learning arouses one more time of the study revolution and it must enhance U-learning and lifelong learning.M-learning becomes the best way of assisting foreign language teaching and learning by its unique characteristics.These characteristics include various circumstances,ubiquitous time and space,convenient operation as well as personalized and cooperated learning.By the practice of teaching we conclude multiple routes of improving students’ foreign language competence and construct the time and space scope of autonomic and cooperated learning.
