利用已有的城市道路交通基础数据，对道路的交通运行情况进行分析，是城市道路交通运行管理的基础，对城市交通管理具有重要意义。本文首先阐述了城市道路交通运行分析系统的必要性，接着进行了系统的逻辑设计和功能设计，并总结了系统的创新点，最后展示了系统的实际应用情况，包括实时路况、日拥堵路段和交通拥堵指数。目前该平台在广州市应用状态良好，每天采集6604万条浮动车数据，每5分钟更新一次分析评价结果，为广州城市道路交通运行的调整优化、辅助决策和信息服务提供支持，实践表明效果良好，具有推广应用前景。

Traffic operation of transport network is analyzed with the use of existing urban road traffic data.It is the foundation of urban road traffic operation and management.And it is of great significance for urban traffic management.In the reminder of this paper,we firstly describe the necessity of urban traffic analysis system.Next,we depict logic design and functional design of the system.Thirdly,we summarize innovations of the system.Finally,we show examples of the system at Guangzhou traffic,include real time traffic,congestion road of days and traffic performance index. The platform is currently running well with collecting 66.04 million of floating car data everyday and updating the result of analysis and evaluation once every five minutes.It provides support for the optimization,decision and information service. Practices indicate that the platform shows good results and worth to be popularized.
