以中研红3号为接穗,托鲁巴姆和爱好为砧木进行嫁接试验,考察斜切法对嫁接成活率及嫁接后对青枯病抗性和产量的影响。试验结果表明,接穗在2叶期时用嫁接夹斜切法嫁接成活率、产量均达最高,但是使用嫁接夹嫁接速率较低;嫁接苗对青枯病高抗且产量大幅提高。综合分析表明,爱好作为砧木使用嫁接夹在接穗2叶期时嫁接可提高产量,经济、社会、生态效益明显。

In this article, we took Zhongyanhong No.3 as scion, Tuolubasi and Aihao as stock, and carried out a grafting experiment to study the effects of oblique cutting way on survival ratio, bacterial wilt resistance and yield. The results showed that, the survival ratio and yield of scion with grafting clip and oblique cutting way were the highest in two true leaves stage, but the speed of grating with this way was low, and grafted seedlings had good resistance to bacterial wilt and its yield increased by a strong extent. Comprehensive analysis indicated that, it could increase yield by using Aihao as stock with grafting clip in two true leaves stage, and benefits of economy, society and ecology was oblivious.
