目的:回顾性分析三氧化二砷联合LD-HA治疗MDS及难治性白血病的疗效及不良反应。方法应用三氧化二砷(10mg/d,1~5d,8~12d)+LD-HA(高三尖杉酯碱2mg/d,阿糖胞苷25mg、2次/天,D1~14治疗。WBC<1.0×109/L时使用粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)5g/(kg?d)直至WBC>1.0×109/L。结果1个疗程的总有效率达67.5%,其中CR24例(60%),PR3例(7.5%),NR13例(32.5%)。复发难治AML和MDS患者1个疗程的CR率分别达45.5%(5/11)、65.5%(19/29)。结论三氧化二砷联合LD-HA能够有效的治疗MDS及难治性急性非淋巴细胞白血病。

Objective?To?observe?the?therapeutic?outcome?and?adversere?action?of?As2O3?and?low-dose?homoharringtonine-cytarabine(LD-HA)in?the?treatment?of?myelodysplastic?syndrome?and?refractory?or?released?acute?myeloid?leukemia?patients.?Methods?All?the?patients?was?treated?with?As2O3(10?mg/d,?1-5?d,?8-12?d)?and?LD-HA:?homoharrnigtonnie(H)2?mg/d?and?Ara-C?25?mg,?per?12?h,?1-14?d.?Granulocyte?colony-stimulating?factor?were?used?when?white?blood?cells?count?WBC<1.0×109/L.Results?After?one?course?of?induction?therapy,?the?complete?remission?(CR)rates?of?myelodysplastic?syndrome?and?refractory?or?released?acute?myeloid?leukemia?were?65.5%?and?45.5%?respectively.?There?were?no?great?side?effect?occour?during?the?treatment.?Conclusion?As2O3?together?with?LD-HA?schema?offers?a?higher?CR?rate?and?has?fewer?adversere?action?in?the?treatment?of?myelodysplastic?syndrome?and?refractory?or?released?acute?myeloid?leukemia?patients.
