目的：为了在减少肺气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者不良事件发生率的同时提高治疗效果，分析和探讨在治疗过程中应用培土生金法的意义和价值。方法按照随机数字表的方法将2012年1月至2014年1月期间在我院呼吸科病房住院治疗的78例患者分为观察组和对照组。其中观察组患者在给予西医药物治疗的同时采取培土生金法进行治疗，而对照组患者则给予常规西医药物治疗，观察两组患者的治疗结局。结果经过统计分析发现，对照组患者的肺功能各项检测结果均明显低于观察组患者，且两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。经过统计分析发现，对照组患者的慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估总分（34.78±8.70）明显高于观察组患（20.85±5.21）分，且两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对肺气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者在常规药物治疗的基础上加用培土生金法治疗，不仅有利于改善患者的内环境紊乱，而且有利于其肺功能的恢复，值得推广和应用。

Objective?To reduce patients with deifciency of lung qi of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease incidence of adverse events while improving treatment?effect,?analysis?and?discussion?the?meaning?and?value?in?the?course?of?treatment?applied?method?of?reinforcing?earth?to?generate?metal.?Methods?78?patients?in?our?hospital?respiratory?disease?ward?hospitalization?from?January?2012?to?January?2014?period?according?to?the?random?number?table?method?were?divided?into?observation?group?and?control?group.?In?which?observed?in?patients?took?Western?medicine?while?giving??reinforcing?earth?to?generate?metal?method?for?treatment,?while?the?control?group?of?patients?were?treated?with?conventional?Western?medicine?treatment,?treatment?outcomes?were?observed?in?patients.?Results?Statistical analysis showed that the lung function test results of patients in the control group were signiifcantly lower than in the observation group patients, and the difference was statistically signiifcant(P<0.05).?After?statistical?analysis,?control?group?the?control?of?chronic?obstructive?pulmonary?disease assessment score patients assessment score (34.78±8.70) was signiifcantly higher than that of the observation group patients(20.85±5.21)%, and signiifcant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion?Patients with deifciency of lung qi of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease on the basis of conventional drug therapy with the use of gold treatment of raw earth, not just helps to improve the environmental disorder patients, and also is beneifcial to the?recovery?of?lung?function,?it?is?worthy?of?promotion?and?application.
