护理文化是现代医院管理的重要内容，它是护理工作者在为病人提供医疗保健服务的实践中所创建的意识形态的经验总和。随着医疗卫生事业的不断发展，护理质量的提升已成为护理文化建设的焦点。创建“以病人为中心”的中医护理文化氛围是中医护理发展的需要，它对护理质量的提高和护理事业的发展起到了积极的推动作用。本文从护理管理者的角度出发，具体阐述了以病人为中心建设中医特色护理文化的策略与技巧，以期能够为护理管理者的工作提供有价值的参考。

Nursing culture is an important content of modern hospital management. It is also the summation of the ideological experience learned by nurses in the practice of health care service for the patients. With the continuous development of medical and health undertakings, improving the nursing quality has become the focus of the nursing culture construction. Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing culture is based on the "patient-centered" atmosphere, which plays a positive role on promoting the nursing quality and nursing undertaking. From the perspective of nursing administrator, the specific strategies and skills applied in the construction of patient-centered characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing culture are elaborated in this paper in order to provide valuable reference for nursing administrators.
