目的：探讨针灸治疗中风及后遗症的临床效果。方法：选取我院收治的120例中风患者，使用针灸方法对患者进行治疗，急性期用泻法，恢复期用补法，观察并记录治疗的临床效果。结果：120例中风患者中，治愈73例，占60.8%，显效25例，占20.8%，好转20例，占16.7%，未愈2例，占1.7%，总有效率占98.3%。结论：该研究表明针灸治疗中风及后遗症具有显著的效果，临床推广应用具有重大的意义。

목적：탐토침구치료중풍급후유증적림상효과。방법：선취아원수치적120례중풍환자，사용침구방법대환자진행치료，급성기용사법，회복기용보법，관찰병기록치료적림상효과。결과：120례중풍환자중，치유73례，점60.8%，현효25례，점20.8%，호전20례，점16.7%，미유2례，점1.7%，총유효솔점98.3%。결론：해연구표명침구치료중풍급후유증구유현저적효과，림상추엄응용구유중대적의의。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture in the treatment of apoplexy and sequela. Methods: 120 cases with stroke in our hospital treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.purgating for acute period and tonifying for recovery period. The clinical effects were observed and recorded. Results: Among 120 cases with stroke, 73 cases were cured accounting for 60.8%, 25 cases markedly effective, accounting for 20.8%, 20 cases improved accounting for 16.7%, 2 cases ineffective accounting for 1.7%, and the total effective rate was 98.3% . Conclusion: This study shows that acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of apoplexy and sequelae has obvious effect which has great significance in clinical application.
