目的：探讨中药熏洗治疗痔疮术后肛门疼痛的临床疗效。方法：从本院2013年9月～2014年9月收治的痔疮术后肛门疼痛患者中随机选择130例进行研究，随机分为对照组（65例）和观察组（65例），分别给予常规治疗和常规治疗联合中药熏洗治疗。观察两组的视觉模糊评分法(VAS)评分变化情况，并进行比较。结果：经统计和比较，术后第1d，两组患者的肛门疼痛 VAS 评分差异无统计学意义，（P＞0.05）；但到了术后第3d 和第7d，两组患者的肛门疼痛 VAS 评分经比较差异均有统计学意义，（均 P＜0.05）。两组在治疗过程中均未出现创面出血和肛瘘等不良反应。结论：在常规治疗的基础上，联合予以中药熏洗方式治疗痔疮术后肛门疼痛可以有效减轻患者的疼痛程度，是一种安全有效的治疗方式。
목적：탐토중약훈세치료치창술후항문동통적림상료효。방법：종본원2013년9월～2014년9월수치적치창술후항문동통환자중수궤선택130례진행연구，수궤분위대조조（65례）화관찰조（65례），분별급여상규치료화상규치료연합중약훈세치료。관찰량조적시각모호평분법(VAS)평분변화정황，병진행비교。결과：경통계화비교，술후제1d，량조환자적항문동통 VAS 평분차이무통계학의의，（P＞0.05）；단도료술후제3d 화제7d，량조환자적항문동통 VAS 평분경비교차이균유통계학의의，（균 P＜0.05）。량조재치료과정중균미출현창면출혈화항루등불량반응。결론：재상규치료적기출상，연합여이중약훈세방식치료치창술후항문동통가이유효감경환자적동통정도，시일충안전유효적치료방식。
Objective:To explore the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on anal pain after hemorrhoid surgery. Methods:130 cases of patients suffered with anal pain after hemorrhoid surgery in our hospital from September, 2013 to September, 2014 were randomly divided into control group (65cases) and observation group (65cases), and were given routine treatment and routine treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment respectively. And then the visual analogue scale (VAS) score of the two groups were observed and compared. Results:Through the statistical comparison, in the first days after operation, no significant anal pain VAS score difference between the two groups of patients, (P>0.05); but in the third postoperative day and the seventh day, the differences of the two groups with anal pain VAS score were statistically significant (P<0.05). Both groups in the course of treatment had no adverse reactions such as bleeding wound and fistula. Conclusion:On the basis of conventional therapy, Chinese herbal fumigation and washing treating can effectively alleviate hemorrhoids postoperative anal pain, which is a safe and effective treatment method.
