目的：探讨米非司酮联合中药方剂治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法依据随机原则，将该院收治的60例宫外孕患者分为两组，治疗组（30例）采用米非司酮联合中药方剂（宫外孕Ⅱ号）治疗，对照组（30例）给予单纯米非司酮治疗。观察两组治愈效果及临床症状改善情况。结果治疗组治愈率为96.67%，对照组治愈率为73.34%，两组比较具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组血HCG下降值（3 d，U/L）、血HCG值恢复正常时间及妊娠包块消失时间治疗组和对照组分别为（210.57±24.38）U/L和（187.86±25.43）U/L；（18.46±11.15） d和（28.38±12.64） d；（36.19±16.28） d和（49.24±17.07） d，分析比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论米非司酮联合中药方剂治疗异位妊娠疗效满意，且能够有效改善临床症状，是理想的治疗方法。
목적：탐토미비사동연합중약방제치료이위임신적림상료효。방법의거수궤원칙，장해원수치적60례궁외잉환자분위량조，치료조（30례）채용미비사동연합중약방제（궁외잉Ⅱ호）치료，대조조（30례）급여단순미비사동치료。관찰량조치유효과급림상증상개선정황。결과치료조치유솔위96.67%，대조조치유솔위73.34%，량조비교구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；량조혈HCG하강치（3 d，U/L）、혈HCG치회복정상시간급임신포괴소실시간치료조화대조조분별위（210.57±24.38）U/L화（187.86±25.43）U/L；（18.46±11.15） d화（28.38±12.64） d；（36.19±16.28） d화（49.24±17.07） d，분석비교유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론미비사동연합중약방제치료이위임신료효만의，차능구유효개선림상증상，시이상적치료방법。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Mifepristone combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods According to the principle of random,60 cases of ectopic pregnancy who were treated in our hospi-tal were divided into two groups, the treated group with 30 cases was employed Mifepristone and Extrauterine Pregnancy Ⅱ,the control group was with 30 cases given a simple Mifepristone. Observed the clinical cure results and clinical symptom improve-ment. Results The treatment group cure rate was 96.67%, the cure rate of the control group for the 73.34%, the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); Two groups of the decrease of serum HCG value (3 day), blood HCG values returned to normal time and pregnancy mass extinction time were (210.57±24.38)U/L and(187.86±25.43)U/L,and(18.46±11.15)d, (36.19±16.28)d and(49.24±17.07)d, were treaed group and control group statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with traditional Chinese medicine to treat ectopic pregnancy curative effect is satisfactory, and can improve the clinical symptoms effec-tively, is an ideal treatment method.
