视觉监控是研究用机器代替人对监控视频进行处理并发现其中存在的异常情况的新兴学科。本文所提出的视觉监控系统采用三帧差分法和边缘检测法相结合来检测移动目标,通过对视频帧进行边缘提取,再用三帧差分法对图像进行处理得到前景目标的连续移动帧;采用基于变换域的跟踪方法对视频中的目标进行跟踪并可定位显示人脸。

Visual monitoring is the study of replacing workers with machines monitoring video to process and found that there were anomalies emerging disciplines. This visual monitoring system use a combined method of three frame difference method&edge detection to detect moving targets, through the study of the edge extraction of video frames, and then use three frame difference method of image processing to get vision of continuous moving frame;use the tracking method based on transform domain for target tracking in video and positioning and displaying the face.
