高校基层管理人员是高校有效运转的重要保障力量。加强基层管理人员的教育培训，既是高校组织发展的需要，也是基层管理人员自我提高的重要途径。笔者从培训需求分析、培训内容设置、培训方法的选择以及培训结果的考核等方面对高校基层管理人员的教育培训进行了全面梳理，以期对现实培训工作提供有益探索。

Grassroots management colleges universities is an important guarantee the effective functioning of the force. Strengthening primary education and training of management personnel, organizational development both require colleges and universities, but also an important way to self-improvement level management personnel. The author learned from tra-ining needs analysis, training set, selection and evaluation of training results and other aspects of the training methods of edu-cation and training colleges' grassroots management staff conducted a comprehensive sort, in order to provide a useful ex-ploration for realistic training.
