论文通过统计分析发现，农林类院校大学生“能够接受到农村就业”的比例较高，但是“更愿意到农村就业”的比例很低。从大学生自身因素和家庭社会资本因素两个方面，分析了其影响因素发现，户籍或者家庭居住地在农村还是城市两个变量，对农林类院校大学生“能否接受到农村就业”和“是否更愿意到农村就业”均有重要影响，而专业是否涉农这一变量对“是否更愿意到农村就业”的影响不显著等主要结论，并分析了隐含的政策建议。

This papers by statistical analysis found that the higher forestry universities students"can receive rural employ-ment"ratio, but"more willing to rural employment"ratio is very low.
