文章采用问卷法对356名初中生进行问卷调查,考察了初中生感知学校氛围、基本心理需求与学校归属感的关系。结果发现:(1)感知师生支持、生生支持和自主性机会均与学校归属感显著正相关;(2)基本心理需求显著部分中介感知师生支持、生生支持与学校归属感的关系。
文章採用問捲法對356名初中生進行問捲調查,攷察瞭初中生感知學校氛圍、基本心理需求與學校歸屬感的關繫。結果髮現:(1)感知師生支持、生生支持和自主性機會均與學校歸屬感顯著正相關;(2)基本心理需求顯著部分中介感知師生支持、生生支持與學校歸屬感的關繫。

This paper uses questionnaire method conducted a questionnaire survey on 356 junior high school students, exam-ines the perception junior high school atmosphere, basic psychological needs and school belonging relationship. The results showed that:(1) the perception of teachers and students support, life support, and opportunities for autonomy were signifi-cantly positively correlated with the school belonging;(2) a significant part of the basic psychological needs of teachers and students support intermediary perception, life support and school belonging relationship.
