通过自编问卷对职前数学教师职业认同状况进行了调查,发现职前数学教师的职业认同状况不容乐观,剖析了造成职前数学教师职业认同度不高的主要原因,为促进和完善职前数学教师专业发展提供理论依据,为教师专业发展中的教师教育和师资培训提供参考。

In order to evaluate the present state of pre-service math teacher’s professional identity, they were surveyed by a questionnaire designed by the author. The results revealed that the overall level of pre-service math teacher’s professional identity was not very optimist, and the reasons were analyzed in this paper. The paper provide pre-service math teachers with theoretical basis to facilitate and perfect the professional development, and also reference of teachers’education and training in their improvement.
