在新农村建设如火如荼的今天，城乡差异化也日趋明显，然而，作为新农村建设的重要组成部分——农村健身设施，与城市差别并不大。针对这种情况，开展了本课题的研究，本研究将从农村群众的生活方式着手，就人机工程、生产生活、心理生理等要素展开分析，找出现有的农村健身设施所存在的问题，并结合所学知识设计研发出了两套针对性强的、适合农村居民锻炼、休闲的健身产品。该产品不仅识别性较高、注重用户体验，而且符合人机工程学的标准和农村居民的健身特点。

In the new rural construction in full swing today, the urban-rural differences are becoming increasingly evident, however, as an important part of the new rural construction-rural fitness facilities, and urban difference is not large. The product not only has high recognition, focus on user experience, and in accordance with the characteristics of ergonomics fitness standards and rural residents.
