目的:探讨第二代与第三代二膦酸盐对大鼠牙齿正畸过程中移动距离和牙根吸收的影响。方法96只正畸牙齿大鼠模型随机分为二代组与三代组各48只;分别于上颌左侧第一磨牙近中腭侧黏骨膜下注射50μL帕米膦酸钠、伊班膦酸钠,每3天1次。正畸加力第3、7、14 d时每组分别处死16只大鼠,随机选择其中8只测定牙齿移动距离并制作牙周组织学切片测定牙根吸收指数,另外8只采用扫描电镜观察牙根吸收情况。结果第3、7、14 d,两组牙齿移动距离均逐渐增加,但两者之间无显著差异;二代组牙根吸收指数在第3、7、14 d比三代组相对较大,但两者间的差异无统计学意义。结论帕米膦酸钠与伊班膦酸钠减缓正畸牙齿移动和减轻牙根吸收的作用相当。

목적:탐토제이대여제삼대이련산염대대서아치정기과정중이동거리화아근흡수적영향。방법96지정기아치대서모형수궤분위이대조여삼대조각48지;분별우상합좌측제일마아근중악측점골막하주사50μL파미련산납、이반련산납,매3천1차。정기가력제3、7、14 d시매조분별처사16지대서,수궤선택기중8지측정아치이동거리병제작아주조직학절편측정아근흡수지수,령외8지채용소묘전경관찰아근흡수정황。결과제3、7、14 d,량조아치이동거리균축점증가,단량자지간무현저차이;이대조아근흡수지수재제3、7、14 d비삼대조상대교대,단량자간적차이무통계학의의。결론파미련산납여이반련산납감완정기아치이동화감경아근흡수적작용상당。
Objective To compare the effects of pamidronate and ibandronate on orthodontic tooth movement and or -thodontic root resorption .Methods A total of 96 female, 6-week-old SPF Wistar rats were selected and the animal models for orthodontic tooth movement were established .The rats were randomly divided into two groups , which were the pamidr-onate group and the ibandronate group with 48 rats in each group.Pamidronate(50μL) and ibandronate(50μL) were in-jected on the sub-periosteum area adjacent of the first permanent molars every 3 days during the experiment .The rats were executed in batch on the 3, 7 and 14 day during the orthodontic treatment .Eight of them were chosen for histology observa-tion of periodontium and measuring the distances of the tooth movement .The remaining 8 were used for SEM observation of root resorption .Rsesults There is no significant differences between the pamidronate group and the ibandronate group on the movement distance of the first molar .And no significance was discovered between the pamidronate group and the iban-dronate group on the root resorption lacunae .Conclusions Both pamidronate and ibandronate can inhibit orthodontic tooth movement and inhibits orthodontic root resorption .
