目的:观察口腔鳞癌组织中p73、p15蛋白的表达变化,并探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测20例份口腔正常黏膜组织(对照组)、35例份扁平苔藓组织(扁平苔藓组)、50例份鳞癌组织(鳞癌组)中p73、p15蛋白,并分析鳞癌组中两指标的相关性。结果鳞癌组、扁平苔藓组、对照组p73阳性率分别为82.00%、54.29%、15.00%,p15阳性率分别为42.00%、100.00%、100.00%,两两比较,P均<0.05;鳞癌组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级p73阳性率分别为70.83%、90.00%、100.00%,p15阳性率分别为54.17%、35.00%、16.67%,两两比较,P均<0.05。鳞癌组p73、p15蛋白表达呈负相关(r=-0.932,P<0.05)。结论口腔鳞癌组织中p73蛋白表达升高,p15蛋白表达降低,两者在口腔鳞癌发生、发展过程当中起到相互拮抗的作用。

목적:관찰구강린암조직중p73、p15단백적표체변화,병탐토기의의。방법채용면역조화SP법검측20례빈구강정상점막조직(대조조)、35례빈편평태선조직(편평태선조)、50례빈린암조직(린암조)중p73、p15단백,병분석린암조중량지표적상관성。결과린암조、편평태선조、대조조p73양성솔분별위82.00%、54.29%、15.00%,p15양성솔분별위42.00%、100.00%、100.00%,량량비교,P균<0.05;린암조Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ급p73양성솔분별위70.83%、90.00%、100.00%,p15양성솔분별위54.17%、35.00%、16.67%,량량비교,P균<0.05。린암조p73、p15단백표체정부상관(r=-0.932,P<0.05)。결론구강린암조직중p73단백표체승고,p15단백표체강저,량자재구강린암발생、발전과정당중기도상호길항적작용。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of p 73 and p15 protein in oral squamous cell car-cinoma.Methods Used immunohistochemical SP method to detect p 73, p15 protein from 20 cases of normal oral mucosa parts (control group), 35 cases parts of lichen planus (OLP group), 50 cases of squamous cell parts (SCC group), and we analyzed the relationship of two indicators of SCC group .Results The control group, OLP group, and SCC group′s p73 posi-tive expression rates were respectively 82.00%, 54.29%and 15.00%.The three groups′p15 positive expression rates re-spectively were respectively 42.00%, 100.00%and 100.00%, and after pairwise comparisons , all P<0.05.Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲgrade squamous positive rates of p73 in SCC group were 70.83%, 90.00%and 100.00%, and p15-positive rates were 54.17%, 35.00%and 16.67%, and after pairwise comparisons , all P<0.05.p73 and p15 protein expression were negatively correla-ted(r=-0.932, P<0.05) in SCC group.Conclusion In oral squamous cell carcinoma , p73 protein expression value in-crease, and p15 protein expression value reduce .They play the role of mutual antagonism in the development of oral squa-mous cell carcinoma .
