目的：探讨鸦胆子油乳注射液联合支气管动脉灌注化疗对中晚期肺癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法选择中晚期肺癌患者60例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各30例，并选择30例健康者作为健康对照组。对照组给予单纯的支气管动脉灌注化疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用鸦胆子油乳注射液治疗。2组均完成2次治疗后观察比较2组治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群表达水平的变化，并评定疗效。结果治疗组和对照组T淋巴细胞亚群表达水平与健康对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0．05），免疫功能下降；治疗组治疗后T淋巴细胞亚群表达水平与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），免疫功能有提升；对照组治疗后T淋巴细胞亚群表达水平与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），免疫功能进一步下降，治疗组对免疫功能改善优于对照组（ P＜0．05）；治疗组有效率83．33％，对照组有效率60．00％，治疗组疗效优于对照组（P＜0．05）；2组不良反应发生情况比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组。结论鸦胆子油乳注射液联合支气管动脉灌注化疗可以改善中晚期肺癌患者的免疫功能，减少不良反应的发生，提高近期疗效，临床应用安全有效。
목적：탐토아담자유유주사액연합지기관동맥관주화료대중만기폐암환자면역공능적영향。방법선택중만기폐암환자60례，수궤분위대조조화치료조，매조각30례，병선택30례건강자작위건강대조조。대조조급여단순적지기관동맥관주화료，치료조재대조조적기출상가용아담자유유주사액치료。2조균완성2차치료후관찰비교2조치료전후T림파세포아군표체수평적변화，병평정료효。결과치료조화대조조T림파세포아군표체수평여건강대조조비교차이균유통계학의의（P ＜0．05），면역공능하강；치료조치료후T림파세포아군표체수평여치료전비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05），면역공능유제승；대조조치료후T림파세포아군표체수평여치료전비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05），면역공능진일보하강，치료조대면역공능개선우우대조조（ P＜0．05）；치료조유효솔83．33％，대조조유효솔60．00％，치료조료효우우대조조（P＜0．05）；2조불량반응발생정황비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05），치료조불량반응발생솔저우대조조。결론아담자유유주사액연합지기관동맥관주화료가이개선중만기폐암환자적면역공능，감소불량반응적발생，제고근기료효，림상응용안전유효。
Objective To observe the effect of brucea jananica oil injection combined with bronchial artery infusion chemotherapy on immune function in patients with advanced lung cancer .Methods 60 patients with ad-vanced lung cancer were randomly divided into two control group and treatment group .And the 30 cases of healthy subjects were selected as healthy control group .Control group was given a simple bronchial arterial infusion chemo-therapy ,on the basis of the control group treatment and treatment group was treated with brucea jananica oil injection . The change of the expression level of T lymphocyte subgroup before and after treatment was compared in two groups . Results The expression level of T lymphocyte subgroup in control group and treatment group were differ from that of health control group (P<0.05),immune function declined.There was significant difference between before and after treatment on the expression level of T lymphocyte subgroup in treatment group (P<0.05),the immune function was enhanced.There was significant difference between before and after treatment on the expression level of T lymphocyte subgroup in control group (P<0.05),Immune function declined further .The effective rate in treatment group (83. 33%) was higher than that in control group (60.00%,P<0.05).Adverse effects rate in treatment group was lower than in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Brucea jananica oil injection combined with bronchial artery infusion chemotherapy can improve the immune function in patients with advanced lung cancer ,reduce the occurrence of ad-verse reactions ,and improve the recent curative effect , clinical application is safe and effective .
