目的：观察消癌平注射液联合化疗治疗初发非M3型急性髓细胞白血病（ AML），观察其对缓解率的影响。方法将120例初发非M3型AML患者随机分为2组。对照组60例予DA方案诱导化疗，治疗组60例在对照组治疗基础上联合消癌平注射液治疗7 d。结果治疗组缓解率91．67％，对照组缓解率76．67％，2组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01），治疗组缓解率优于对照组。结论消癌平注射液联合化疗治疗初发非M3型AML可显著提高患者诱导缓解率，表明消癌平注射液治疗初发非M3型AML安全、有效。
목적：관찰소암평주사액연합화료치료초발비M3형급성수세포백혈병（ AML），관찰기대완해솔적영향。방법장120례초발비M3형AML환자수궤분위2조。대조조60례여DA방안유도화료，치료조60례재대조조치료기출상연합소암평주사액치료7 d。결과치료조완해솔91．67％，대조조완해솔76．67％，2조료효비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．01），치료조완해솔우우대조조。결론소암평주사액연합화료치료초발비M3형AML가현저제고환자유도완해솔，표명소암평주사액치료초발비M3형AML안전、유효。
Objective To observe the effect of non -M3 acute myeloid leukemia ( AML) treated by combi-nation of Xiaoaiping injection and chemotherapy .Methods 120 AML patients were randomly divided into two groups .60 cases in control group were treated by DA induction chemotherapy .60 cases in treatment group were treated by combination of Xiaoaiping injection and chemotherapy .The course was seven days in two groups .Results There were 49 cases (81.67%) of complete remission,and partial in 6 cases (10.00%),invalid in 5 cases (8.33%),and the total effective rate was 91.67% in treatment group.There were 38 cases (63.3%) of complete remission,and partial in 8 cases (13.33%),invalid in 14 cases (23.3%),and the total effective rate was 76.7%in control group. The effect in treatment group was superior to that in control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Combination of Xi-aoaiping injection and chemotherapy on primary non -M3 acute myeloid leukemia can significantly increase the in-duced remission rate of initial patients ,showed that Xiaoaiping injection in AML is a safe and effective treatment ,can help to improve chemotherapy induced remission rate .
