目的：观察小针刀联合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎（ KOA）的临床效果。方法将90例KOA患者随机分为3组，每组30例。Ⅰ组予针刀治疗，Ⅱ组予玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射，Ⅲ组予针刀联合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射。观察3组患者治疗后3、6个月Lysholm 膝关节功能评分及临床疗效。结果3组治疗后3、6个月Lysholm膝关节功能评分与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05），Ⅲ组优于Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组（P＜0．05）；Ⅲ组临床疗效（优良率）高于Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组（P＜0．05）。结论小针刀联合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗KOA临床疗效显著，尤其是远期疗效明显优于单独采用小针刀或玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射的治疗。
목적：관찰소침도연합파리산납관절강내주사치료슬관절골성관절염（ KOA）적림상효과。방법장90례KOA환자수궤분위3조，매조30례。Ⅰ조여침도치료，Ⅱ조여파리산납관절강내주사，Ⅲ조여침도연합파리산납관절강내주사。관찰3조환자치료후3、6개월Lysholm 슬관절공능평분급림상료효。결과3조치료후3、6개월Lysholm슬관절공능평분여본조치료전비교차이균유통계학의의（P＜0．05），Ⅲ조우우Ⅰ조、Ⅱ조（P＜0．05）；Ⅲ조림상료효（우량솔）고우Ⅰ조、Ⅱ조（P＜0．05）。결론소침도연합파리산납관절강내주사치료KOA림상료효현저，우기시원기료효명현우우단독채용소침도혹파리산납관절강내주사적치료。
Objective To observe the effect of small needle knife combined with intra -articular injection of sodium hyaluronate on knee osteoarthritis ( KOA) .Methods 90 KOA patients were randomly divided into three groups ,30 cases in each group .Patients in groupⅠreceived small needle knife .Patients in group Ⅱreceived intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate .Patients in group Ⅲreceived small needle knife combined with intra -artic-ular injection of sodium hyaluronate .The knee joint function score and clinical curative effect in three groups were ob -served at 3 and 6 months after treatment .Results There were significant differences between before and after treat-ment on Lysholm knee joint function score in three groups (P<0.05).The clinical effect (good rate) after treatment in group Ⅲwas higher than that in group Ⅰ,Ⅱ (P<0.05).Conclusion The small needle knife combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate on knee osteoarthritis has significant effect ,especially the forward cur-ative effect is superior to single use of small needle knife or the treatment of intra -articular injection of sodium hyalu-ronate.
