目的：观察六味能消胶囊联合中药敷脐疗法治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法将90例功能性便秘患者随机分为联合治疗组、六味能消组、敷脐治疗组各30例。六味能消组予六味能消胶囊口服治疗，敷脐治疗组予中药敷脐治疗，联合治疗组口服六味能消胶囊同时予中药敷脐治疗，疗程均为2周，随访2个月。观察3组患者临床症状缓解率和结肠运输试验阳性率。结果六味能消组患者临床症状明显缓解，结肠运输试验改善率为76.67%，停药后作用维持约2周；敷脐治疗组临床症状改善情况稍差，结肠运输试验改善率为66.67%，停药后作用维持约4周；联合治疗组临床症状改善最好，疗效优于另外2组，结肠运输试验改善率为83.33%，停药后作用维持约6周。结论六味能消胶囊口服联合中药敷脐治疗对功能性便秘有较好疗效，停药后疗效持续时间较长。
목적：관찰륙미능소효낭연합중약부제요법치료공능성편비적림상료효。방법장90례공능성편비환자수궤분위연합치료조、륙미능소조、부제치료조각30례。륙미능소조여륙미능소효낭구복치료，부제치료조여중약부제치료，연합치료조구복륙미능소효낭동시여중약부제치료，료정균위2주，수방2개월。관찰3조환자림상증상완해솔화결장운수시험양성솔。결과륙미능소조환자림상증상명현완해，결장운수시험개선솔위76.67%，정약후작용유지약2주；부제치료조림상증상개선정황초차，결장운수시험개선솔위66.67%，정약후작용유지약4주；연합치료조림상증상개선최호，료효우우령외2조，결장운수시험개선솔위83.33%，정약후작용유지약6주。결론륙미능소효낭구복연합중약부제치료대공능성편비유교호료효，정약후료효지속시간교장。
Objective To study the clinical effects ofLiuwei Nengxiao Capsule combined with umbilical therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of functional constipation. Methods Ninety cases of patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into 3 groups, 30 cases in each group. Patients in theLiuwei Nengxiao Capsule group were treated withLiuwei Nengxiao Capsule;Patients in the Umbilical Compress therapy group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine on umbilicus;Patients in the combined treatment group were treated with both Liuwei Nengxiao Capsule and Chinese medicine on umbilicus. The treatment lasted for 2 weeks, and the follow-up visit lasted for 2 months. Clinical symptoms of constipation functional remission rate and colonic transit test positive rate of patients in the three groups were observed. ResultsLiuwei Nengxiao Capsule can relieve clinical symptoms of patients with functional constipation with colonic transit test improvement rate of 76.67%, and effect can last about 2 weeks after stopping the medicine. The improvement of clinical effect in Umbilical Compress therapy group was less obvious than that in theLiuwei Nengxiao Capsule group, with colonic transit test improvement rate 66.67%, and effect can last about 4 weeks after stopping the medicine. The improvement of clinical effects was the most obvious in combined treatment group, with colonic transit test improvement rate of 83.33%, and effect can last about 6 weeks after stopping the medicine.Conclusion The combination ofLiuwei Nengxiao Capsule and traditional Chinese medicine Umbilical Compress therapy has a better therapeutic effect on functional constipation, and the effect can last for a longer duration after stopping the medicine.
