目的：：探讨回肠代膀胱术手术室护理干预效果，为提高回肠代膀胱手术效果提供护理思路。方法：将我院82例行腹腔镜下膀胱全切原位回肠代膀胱术患者依其意愿分为观察组和对照组，观察组术中系统性的手术室护理干预，对照组仅给予一般的护理干预，随访比较2组术后生活质量和护理满意度。结果：2组干预后在心理和社会关系层面对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，但在独立性和生理层面比较则无显著性差异(P>0.05)。观察组护理满意度95.2%，远高于对照组的82.5%(P<0.05)。结论：腹腔镜下膀胱全切原位回肠代膀胱手术复杂，并发症多，实施手术室护理干预对提高手术安全性，提高护理满意度和术后生活质量有重要的临床意义。

목적：：탐토회장대방광술수술실호리간예효과，위제고회장대방광수술효과제공호리사로。방법：장아원82례행복강경하방광전절원위회장대방광술환자의기의원분위관찰조화대조조，관찰조술중계통성적수술실호리간예，대조조부급여일반적호리간예，수방비교2조술후생활질량화호리만의도。결과：2조간예후재심리화사회관계층면대비차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)，단재독립성화생리층면비교칙무현저성차이(P>0.05)。관찰조호리만의도95.2%，원고우대조조적82.5%(P<0.05)。결론：복강경하방광전절원위회장대방광수술복잡，병발증다，실시수술실호리간예대제고수술안전성，제고호리만의도화술후생활질량유중요적림상의의。
Objective:To explore the effect of ileal neobladder operation room nursing intervention, in order to provide nursing ideas to improve the operation effect of ileal neobladder. Methods:In our hospital 82 cases of laparoscopic radical cystectomy with orthotopic ileal neobladder patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the wishes of the operation room, observe the sys-tematic nursing intervention group in the operation, the control group only received general nursing intervention were compared between the 2 groups, the postoperative quality of life and nursing satisfaction. Results:The 2 groups after the intervention of psychological and so-cial relationship between the difference was statistically significant (P < 0. 05), but in the independence and physiological level compari-son showed no significant difference (P > 0. 05). The observation group satisfaction 95. 2%, far higher than 82. 5% in the control group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Laparoscopic radical cystectomy with orthotopic ileal neobladder operation complex, more complications, the implementation of operation room nursing intervention to improve the operation safety, improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life should have important clinical significance.
