目的：：探讨超高倍显微镜在女性阴道分泌物检测中的作用及不同清洁度下不同类型阴道炎发病阳性率。方法：随机选取唐山市眼科医院妇科门诊就诊的788例阴道炎患者，取其阴道分泌物利用超高倍显微镜进行观察，统计其清洁度、霉菌、线索细胞及滴虫检测阳性率。结果：788例阴道炎患者病原菌检测阳性率为41.7%，其中霉菌检出率为27.3%，线索细胞检出率为9.6%，滴虫检出率为4.8%；清洁度为Ⅲ度时霉菌和线索细胞的检出率最高分别为34.7%和13.1%。清洁度为Ⅳ度时滴虫的检出率最高为42.4%。结论：超高倍显微镜在妇科阴道炎检测中具有快速、简便、阳性率高的特点；霉菌性阴道炎是最常见的阴道炎症；随着清洁度的增高，滴虫的检出率呈递增趋势。
목적：：탐토초고배현미경재녀성음도분비물검측중적작용급불동청길도하불동류형음도염발병양성솔。방법：수궤선취당산시안과의원부과문진취진적788례음도염환자，취기음도분비물이용초고배현미경진행관찰，통계기청길도、매균、선색세포급적충검측양성솔。결과：788례음도염환자병원균검측양성솔위41.7%，기중매균검출솔위27.3%，선색세포검출솔위9.6%，적충검출솔위4.8%；청길도위Ⅲ도시매균화선색세포적검출솔최고분별위34.7%화13.1%。청길도위Ⅳ도시적충적검출솔최고위42.4%。결론：초고배현미경재부과음도염검측중구유쾌속、간편、양성솔고적특점；매균성음도염시최상견적음도염증；수착청길도적증고，적충적검출솔정체증추세。
Objective:To study the applications of ultra high times microscope in Female vaginal secretion test; Study the morbidity rate of positive selection under different cleanliness and different types of vaginitis. Methods:We analyzed the detection of vaginal clean-ness, mould, clue cells and trichomoniasis of 788 patients from tangshan ophthalmic hospital gynecology clinic with vaginitis. Results:Bacteria detection positive rate of 788 cases of patients with vaginitis was 41. 7%, including mold detection rate ,27. 3%, the clue cell detection rate , 9. 6%, trichomonas detection rate , 4. 8%;when cleanliness wasⅢdegrees , mold and clue cells had the highest detec-tion rate respectively 34. 7% and 13. 1% ;when Cleanliness wasⅣdegrees, trichomonas detection rate was as high as 42. 4%. Conclu-sion:The ultra-microscope in vaginitis of department of gynaecology detection should have the characteristics of rapid, simple, high posi-tive rate;Mould vaginitis might be the most common vaginal inflammation;With the increase of cleanliness, trichomonas detection rate have the increasing trend.
