目的::探讨SCI患者小钡条胃肠传输功能检查的效果及临床意义。方法:10例正常健康人组和35例 SCI患者组,早餐时1次性吞服20条小钡条胶囊后开始腹部 X 线检查,直至80%的钡条排出。结果:健康人和 SCI患者胃、小肠、结肠、直肠、全消化道通过的时间分别是186±66分钟、360±95分钟、2780±650分钟、101±52分钟、2880±645分钟和213±89分钟、396±109分钟、4220±1320分钟、615±214分钟、4420±932分钟。与健康组比较,SCI患者组小钡条在结肠内滞留时间明显长于健康人(p<0.01),而在胃、小肠内滞留时间虽然有所延长,但差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论:小钡条胃肠传输功能检查图像清晰、定位准确、结果可靠,具有传输功能与形态兼顾的优点,能为 SCI患者结肠传输功能滞缓分型提供可靠数据。

Objective:To explore the SCI patients with a small piece of barium gastrointestinal transit test results and clinical signifi-cance. Methods:10 cases of normal healthy subjects and 35 patients with SCI, group breakfast disposable swallow 20 small barium strip capsule after the start of abdominal X-ray, until 80% of barium discharging. Results:The healthy people and the patients with stomach, small intestine, SCI colon, rectum, digestive tract through time were (186 ± 66) minutes, ( 360 ± 95) minutes, ( 2780 ± 650) mi-nutes, ( 101 ± 52) minutes, ( 2880 ± 645) minutes and ( 213 ± 89) minutes, ( 396 ± 109) minutes, ( 4220 ± 1320) minutes, ( 615 ± 214) minutes, ( 4420 ± 932) minutes. Compared with healthy controls, SCI patients in group a small piece of barium in colonic retention time was significantly longer than that in healthy people ( p<0. 01 ), and in the stomach, small intestine retention time may be extended, but the difference was not statistically significant ( p>0. 05 ). Conclusion:A small piece of barium examination of gastrointes-tinal transmitting function image clarity, accurate location, reliable, should have a transmission function and morphology of the advanta-ges, could provide SCI colon of patients with slow transmission function type to provide reliable data.
