本文通过对取材、切片、染色、封片各个环节的分析，阐述容易出现的问题及对策。通过针对不同组织切片对策的调整，制作出优质的冰冻切片。制作术中冷冻切片的制作是一项需要谨慎的态度和高超的技巧的工作，需要病理技术人员长期的练习和摸索，并在实际工作中针对不同组织的特点采用不同的制片方式，不断总结经验发现问题及解决问题。

In this paper, problems and solutions were elaborated through the analysis of materials, sectioning, staining, and mounting. Quality frozen section was made through adjustment of different tissue slicing strategies. Making fast freezing microtome section in operation requires cautious attitude and excellent skill. Pathological technical staff needs long-term exercise and exploration, and they ought to take various making methods for different tissues with specific characteristics. It is necessary for them to summarize working experience for finding and solving questions.
