中频熔炼炉测温仪工作在较强电磁场的环境中,对其电磁兼容设计是十分必要的。首先介绍了测温仪的抗干扰总体设计原理,给出了产生电磁干扰因素,提出了测温仪的各种抗电磁干扰措施,如屏蔽技术、接地与滤波技术等。实践表明,以上的各种措施提高了中频熔炼炉测温仪的电磁兼容性能。
中頻鎔煉爐測溫儀工作在較彊電磁場的環境中,對其電磁兼容設計是十分必要的。首先介紹瞭測溫儀的抗榦擾總體設計原理,給齣瞭產生電磁榦擾因素,提齣瞭測溫儀的各種抗電磁榦擾措施,如屏蔽技術、接地與濾波技術等。實踐錶明,以上的各種措施提高瞭中頻鎔煉爐測溫儀的電磁兼容性能。

The intermediate frequency melting furnace temperature measuring instrument work in strong electromagnetic field environment, Therefore, the design of electromagnetic compatibility is very necessary. This paper firstly introduces the principle of general anti-jamming design thermometer, the electromagnetic interference factors, various thermometer measures proposed anti electromagnetic interference, such as shielding, grounding and filtering technology. Practice shows that, the electromagnetic compatibility is improved for the electromagnetic frequency melting furnace temperature measurement instrument by the various measures.
