目的：通过探索文化品牌新华TV在医院文化传承与创新中更加有效的功能作用，从而加强医院文化建设，促进医院可持续发展。方法：通过问卷调查法、座谈法与访谈法等研究新华TV在医院文化传承与创新中的功能作用。结果：目前新华TV在受众面、制作团队组成、发挥的作用等方面取得了一定成果，但仍然存在一些不足。结论：探索建立神经反射弧机制、合理扩大受众范围、探索团队四维模式，使新华TV成为医院文化传承与创新的还原剂、润滑剂和氧化剂。
목적：통과탐색문화품패신화TV재의원문화전승여창신중경가유효적공능작용，종이가강의원문화건설，촉진의원가지속발전。방법：통과문권조사법、좌담법여방담법등연구신화TV재의원문화전승여창신중적공능작용。결과：목전신화TV재수음면、제작단대조성、발휘적작용등방면취득료일정성과，단잉연존재일사불족。결론：탐색건립신경반사호궤제、합리확대수음범위、탐색단대사유모식，사신화TV성위의원문화전승여창신적환원제、윤활제화양화제。
Objectives: By exploring the more effective function of the cultural brand of Xinhua TV in the cultural inheritance and innovation in hospital to strengthen the construction of hospital culture, promote the sustainable development of the hospital. Method:The function of Xinhua TV in the cultural inheritance was analyzed by questionnaire survey and interview. Results: It has got some active results on audience coverage, team building and communication and shortages are also some problems. Conclusions: It needs to establish mechanism of nerve reflex arc, expand the scope of the audience, explore the four-dimensional mode team to make the Xinhua TV as reducing agent, oxidizing agent, stabilizer of the inheritance and innovation of hospital culture.
