目的：探讨钻单孔置入双管引流治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的效果。方法回顾性分析52例经钻单孔置入双管引流治疗的慢性硬膜下血肿患者的临床资料。结果52例均手术治愈,术后未发现严重并发症,2例患者随访血肿复发。结论钻单孔置入双管治疗慢性硬膜下血肿手术效果好,术后严重并发症少,值得临床推广使用。
목적：탐토찬단공치입쌍관인류치료만성경막하혈종적효과。방법회고성분석52례경찬단공치입쌍관인류치료적만성경막하혈종환자적림상자료。결과52례균수술치유,술후미발현엄중병발증,2례환자수방혈종복발。결론찬단공치입쌍관치료만성경막하혈종수술효과호,술후엄중병발증소,치득림상추엄사용。
Objective To investigate the effect of two catheters through single burr hole in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma.Methods The clinical data of 52 cases with chronic subdural hematoma treated by two catheters through single burr hole were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the 52 cases were cured by surgery, and there were no severe complications after surgery. There were 2 recurrent cases found in follow-up.Conclusion The surgery by two catheters through single burr hole in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma has good effect and few postoperative severe complications, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
