目的：探讨股骨近端髓内钉治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法100例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者，根据治疗方法不同，分为对照组(动力加压钢板固定法治疗)和观察组(股骨近端髓内钉治疗)，每组50例。比较两组患者的疗效差异。结果观察组50例患者，经股骨近端髓内钉内固定治疗，临床总有效率为92.0%，明显高于对照组的74.0%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论股骨近端髓内钉治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效确切，值得推广应用。

목적：탐토고골근단수내정치료노년인고골조륭간골절적림상료효。방법100례노년고골조륭간골절환자，근거치료방법불동，분위대조조(동력가압강판고정법치료)화관찰조(고골근단수내정치료)，매조50례。비교량조환자적료효차이。결과관찰조50례환자，경고골근단수내정내고정치료，림상총유효솔위92.0%，명현고우대조조적74.0%，량조비교차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론고골근단수내정치료노년인고골조륭간골절적림상료효학절，치득추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of proximal femoral nails in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in old people.Methods A total of 100 old people with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were divided into control group (dynamic compression plate fixation) and observation group (proximal femoral nails) by different treatment methods, and each group contained 50 cases. The differences of curative effects between the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group with 50 cases, who were treated by proximal femoral nails for internal fixation, its clinical total effective rate was 92.0%. That was obviously higher than 74.0% of the control group. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Proximal femoral nails has precisely clinical effect in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in old people, and it is worth promotion and application.
