目的：探讨重症监护病房(ICU)患者院内急性肾损伤的病因及预后分析。方法回顾性分析本院ICU收治的136例急性肾损伤患者的临床资料。结果本院ICU患者院内急性肾损伤的发病率为20.82%，死亡率为24.26%，死亡与患者的平均年龄、急性生理与慢性健康评估Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)的高评分、原发基础疾病及低血压的发生及是否合并感染、休克、创伤等疾病及发生的早晚有关。结论患者年龄越大，合并症越多，急性肾损伤出现时间越早，其发病率和死亡率越高。
목적：탐토중증감호병방(ICU)환자원내급성신손상적병인급예후분석。방법회고성분석본원ICU수치적136례급성신손상환자적림상자료。결과본원ICU환자원내급성신손상적발병솔위20.82%，사망솔위24.26%，사망여환자적평균년령、급성생리여만성건강평고Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)적고평분、원발기출질병급저혈압적발생급시부합병감염、휴극、창상등질병급발생적조만유관。결론환자년령월대，합병증월다，급성신손상출현시간월조，기발병솔화사망솔월고。
Objective To investigate the pathogenesis and prognosis of nosocomial acute kidney injury in intensive care unit (ICU) patients.Methods The clinical data of 136 patients with acute kidney injury in ICU of our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results The incidence of nosocomial acute kidney injury in our hospital ICU patients was 20.82%, and the mortality was 24.26%. Death of patients was correlated with the average age of patients, high score in acute physiology and chronic health evaluationⅡ(APACHEⅡ), primary basic diseases, early or late occurrence of hypotension, amalgamative infection, shock, and trauma.Conclusion High morbidity and mortality have correlation with old age, many complications and early occurrence of acute kidney injury.
