新型城镇化的建设需要产业、生态环境、人的城镇化和建设组织主体的支撑，在当前农业综合生产成本上升、农业资源要素流失加快、农产品供求结构性矛盾突出的态势下，生态农产品城乡合作对接，即农户生态种(养)合作社+市民消费合作社的方式，有助于为新型城镇化提供绿色农业产业支撑，以生态农产品产销的良性循环助力新型城镇化的生态环境建设，有利于提升城乡居民幸福生活指数，实现人的城镇化，并且可以为新型城镇化发展提供组织载体。
