This paper introduced the GPS elevation fitting quickly speed,simple operation conditions,economic benefit remarkable and other ad-vantages,elaborated the method improving the GPS elevation fitting precision,mainly discussed the applicability of two polynomial surface fitting simulation and plane fitting model in railway survey,in order to quickly and accurately determine leveling fitting results in the survey region.
