介绍了盾构施工工程注浆技术特点,通过调整胶砂比及胶凝体系,系统比较了不同配比的砂浆的稠度、流动性、泌水率、强度等相关性能,结合工程实际应用效果,得到了适合高渗透性富水复合地层的同步注浆浆液,为以后类似工程提供借鉴。

This paper introduced the grouting technology characteristics of shield construction engineering,through the adjustment of cement sand ratio and gel system,system comparison of different ratio mortar consistency,mobility,bleeding rate,strength and other related properties,com-bining with the application effect of engineering practice,obtained the synchronous grouting slurry suitable for high permeability water rich and complex formation,provide referenced for similar project.
