中国现代管理理论是研究并阐释辛亥革命以来关于现代化建设的管理理念、思想、理论与学说及其产生、发展、完善的条件、特点与规律性的科学。深刻认识、理解与把握中国现代管理理论研究的国情基础、客观依据与发展环境，是该学科研究的重要理论前提，对于客观阐释和系统说明中国现代管理理论发展的内在逻辑性具有重要的理论和实际意义。
中國現代管理理論是研究併闡釋辛亥革命以來關于現代化建設的管理理唸、思想、理論與學說及其產生、髮展、完善的條件、特點與規律性的科學。深刻認識、理解與把握中國現代管理理論研究的國情基礎、客觀依據與髮展環境，是該學科研究的重要理論前提，對于客觀闡釋和繫統說明中國現代管理理論髮展的內在邏輯性具有重要的理論和實際意義。
중국현대관리이론시연구병천석신해혁명이래관우현대화건설적관리이념、사상、이론여학설급기산생、발전、완선적조건、특점여규률성적과학。심각인식、리해여파악중국현대관리이론연구적국정기출、객관의거여발전배경，시해학과연구적중요이론전제，대우객관천석화계통설명중국현대관리이론발전적내재라집성구유중요적이론화실제의의。
Chinese modern management theory is the science of studying and interpreting the management concepts, ideas, theories and doctrines about modernization construction since the revolution of 1911, it also studies the conditions, characteristics and regularity of its emergence, development and improvement. Profound understanding and grasping the basic conditions, objective basis and development environment is an important theory premise of this subject research. The theory interprets objectively and describes systematically the internal logic of Chinese modern management theory development, which has important theoretical and practical significance.
