“中国现代管理理论”的构建，是现代管理学中国化的基础性工作与拓展性创新，也是中国声音与中国理论在现代管理学领域的体现与实现。其学科内涵的基本规定性在于：中国的、现代的、管理理论方面的科学化、逻辑化、系统化；突出的时代性、实践性与实效性；是有相应宗旨、特征与内容的理论体系。科学阐释中国现代管理理论研究的对象、任务、方法、核心范畴、理论主线以及内在逻辑与发展趋势等问题，是中国现代管理理论学科建设的重要问题与理论创新。
“中國現代管理理論”的構建，是現代管理學中國化的基礎性工作與拓展性創新，也是中國聲音與中國理論在現代管理學領域的體現與實現。其學科內涵的基本規定性在于：中國的、現代的、管理理論方麵的科學化、邏輯化、繫統化；突齣的時代性、實踐性與實效性；是有相應宗旨、特徵與內容的理論體繫。科學闡釋中國現代管理理論研究的對象、任務、方法、覈心範疇、理論主線以及內在邏輯與髮展趨勢等問題，是中國現代管理理論學科建設的重要問題與理論創新。
“중국현대관리이론”적구건，시현대관이학중국화적기출성공작여탁전성창신，야시중국성음여중국이론재현대관이학영역적체현여실현。기학과내함적기본규정성재우：중국적、현대적、관리이론방면적과학화、라집화、계통화；돌출적시대성、실천성여실효성；시유상응종지、특정여내용적이론체계。과학천석중국현대관리이론연구적대상、임무、방법、핵심범주、이론주선이급내재라집여발전추세등문제，시중국현대관리이론학과건설적중요문제여이론창신。
The construction of Chinese modern management theory is the basic work and expanding innovation of the sinicization of modern management science, it's also the reflection and implementation of Chinese sound and Chinese theory in the field of modern management. The basic connotation of the subject lies in: the management theory which is modern in China becomes scientific, logic and systematic. This theoretical system has obvious times property, practicality and effectiveness as well as corresponding purpose, characteristics and content. The scientific explanation of Chinese modern management theory is very important, the problems include object, task, method, core category, main line of the theory, the inner logic and development trends.
