Because the number of new employees in enterprise is growing and moving, new staff incentive has become the important subject of enterprise human resource management. There are many incentive methods for new employee, and the enterprise should choose the proper one according to the characteristic of itself and the new employee. The method may pay more attention to the material reward or the spiritual incentives, the key standard is to see the incentive effect, and the enterprise should not follow the same pattern blindly. At the same time, the new employee's incentive should have a degree and should not meet all the various needs of new employees, if not it will bury next hidden trouble to the management. Mainly from the new staff's characteristic analysis, this article elaborated the principles for new employee incentive and some incentive methods for new staff. The author hopes this paper can provide some reference for the enterprise human resources management.
