由于城市地铁施工设计方案和地下条件的复杂性,地铁施工建设过程中极易导致事故的发生。论文首先分析影响地铁施工的客观风险和技术风险,利用专家调查法和模糊层次分析法得出技术风险中设计方案缺陷是其主要风险;然后,从导致设计方案缺陷的详细风险因素中利用优先关系判断模糊矩阵,得出地铁施工中透水是最易导致事故发生的风险因素。有效控制地铁施工过程中的风险因素,才能从根本上预防事故的发生。

The accidents are easily occurred during metro construction because of the complexity of design and subsurface conditions. Firstly, the paper analyzes an objective and technology risks which affect metro construction, puts forward the design flaw is the main risk according to expert surveys and fuzzy AHP. Then, according to detailed fuzzy judgment matrix of priority relationship in the design flaw risk factor, the paper analyzes the flooding is the most likely factor which leads to accidents. It can prevent accidents radically according to effectively controlling risk factors in metro construction.
