针对一种机柜内部主动式散热结构进行CFD散热模拟,采用Flotherm软件进行散热系统的仿真并对比进行优化设计,针对单双风道问题进行模拟比较,得出系统散热在不同设计情况下的散热情况,对比分析得出单风道散热和双风道散热两种情况下的散热结果,从而指导散热结构优化设计。
針對一種機櫃內部主動式散熱結構進行CFD散熱模擬,採用Flotherm軟件進行散熱繫統的倣真併對比進行優化設計,針對單雙風道問題進行模擬比較,得齣繫統散熱在不同設計情況下的散熱情況,對比分析得齣單風道散熱和雙風道散熱兩種情況下的散熱結果,從而指導散熱結構優化設計。

In this paper, a simulation based on CFD for an internal cabinet active cooling structure was carried out to study the heat transfer. The simulation is performed using the software of Flotherm. Aiming at the compared simulation of single air duct structure and double air duct structure in different design situations, it obtains the system radiating heat dissipation, and the results can be used for the optimization design of heat dissipation structure.
