目的：探讨改良B-Lynch缝合术在难治性产后出血中的临床实用价值。方法回顾性分析本院剖宫产术中发生难治性产后出血的23例应用改良B-Lynch缝合术缝合止血患者的临床资料。结果23例患者均有效止血，治愈率100%，术后无不良反应和并发症，子宫复旧良好。结论改良B-Lynch缝合术，效果明确，无需苛刻的手术技巧和特殊的器械，并且术后无不良并发症发生，保留了子宫和生育功能，是治疗剖宫产后出血的一种行之有效的方法，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토개량B-Lynch봉합술재난치성산후출혈중적림상실용개치。방법회고성분석본원부궁산술중발생난치성산후출혈적23례응용개량B-Lynch봉합술봉합지혈환자적림상자료。결과23례환자균유효지혈，치유솔100%，술후무불량반응화병발증，자궁복구량호。결론개량B-Lynch봉합술，효과명학，무수가각적수술기교화특수적기계，병차술후무불량병발증발생，보류료자궁화생육공능，시치료부궁산후출혈적일충행지유효적방법，치득추엄응용。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of improved B-Lynch uterine suture for intractable postpartum hemorrhage.Methods The clinical data of 23 patients with intractable postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean delivery, who received improved B-Lynch uterine suture for sutured hemostasis, were retrospectively analyzed.Results All of the 23 patients received effective hemostasis, and the cure rate was 100%. There were no postoperative adverse reactions and complications, and their uterine involution was good. Conclusion Improved B-Lynch uterine suture has precise effect, and it requires no specific surgical technique and equipment. This method reserves uterine and fertility function without any postoperative adverse reactions. It is an effective and feasible method in treating hemorrhage after cesarean delivery, and is worth promotion and application.
