目的：探讨中西医结合治疗早期帕金森病患者运动症状的有效性。方法38例早期帕金森病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组19例患者常规给予金刚烷胺片治疗的基础上,内服平肝止颤汤治疗4周,对照组19例患者单纯给予金刚烷胺片治疗。观察两组治疗疗效。结果治疗组治疗后4周运动症状的改善与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),4周后停服中药,随访至12周治疗组运动症状评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗早期帕金森病可更好地改善患者运动症状,提高疗效。
목적：탐토중서의결합치료조기파금삼병환자운동증상적유효성。방법38례조기파금삼병환자수궤분위치료조화대조조。치료조19례환자상규급여금강완알편치료적기출상,내복평간지전탕치료4주,대조조19례환자단순급여금강완알편치료。관찰량조치료료효。결과치료조치료후4주운동증상적개선여대조조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),4주후정복중약,수방지12주치료조운동증상평분우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론중서의결합치료조기파금삼병가경호지개선환자운동증상,제고료효。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of integrated Chinese and Western medicines in the treatment of motor symptoms in patients with early Parkinson's disease.Methods A total of 38 patients with early Parkinson's disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group with 19 cases received oral Pinggan Zhichan decoction for 4 weeks, in addition to conventional amantadine tablets treatment. The control group was treated by single therapy of amantadine tablets. The curative effects of the two groups were observed.Results After 4-week treatment, there was statistically significant difference of improved motor symptoms between the treatment group and control group (P<0.05). The traditional Chinese medicine was withdrawn after 4 weeks, and the treatment group had higher scores of motor symptoms in 12 weeks of follow-up than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of integrated Chinese and Western medicines can remarkably improve patients’ motor symptoms, and enhance curative effect.
