目的:分析30例中暑患者的临床资料以探讨降低重度中暑患者病死率的有效途径。方法30例中暑患者,根据我国《职业性中暑诊断标准》(GB11508-89),符合轻度中暑12例,重度中暑18例,对30例中暑患者的临床症状、体征、实验室检查及治疗措施进行回顾性分析。结果重度中暑患者年龄,体温,心率,白细胞计数,低钠、低氯、低钾血症,酶谱升高,血小板计数下降与轻度中暑患者相比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。30例中暑患者中,4例死于多脏器功能衰竭,23例痊愈,3例遗留脑功能障碍。结论对重度中暑患者及时采取有效降温措施,大量补液,积极给予器官功能支持治疗,可有效降低重度中暑患者的死亡率,改善预后。

목적:분석30례중서환자적림상자료이탐토강저중도중서환자병사솔적유효도경。방법30례중서환자,근거아국《직업성중서진단표준》(GB11508-89),부합경도중서12례,중도중서18례,대30례중서환자적림상증상、체정、실험실검사급치료조시진행회고성분석。결과중도중서환자년령,체온,심솔,백세포계수,저납、저록、저갑혈증,매보승고,혈소판계수하강여경도중서환자상비,차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。30례중서환자중,4례사우다장기공능쇠갈,23례전유,3례유류뇌공능장애。결론대중도중서환자급시채취유효강온조시,대량보액,적겁급여기관공능지지치료,가유효강저중도중서환자적사망솔,개선예후。
Objective To investigate an effective measure to reduce mortality of patients with severe heatstroke.Methods According to Diagnostic Criteria of Occupational Heatstroke (GB11508-89), there were 12 cases with mild heatstroke and 18 cases with severe heatstroke among 30 patients. A retrospective analysis was carried on for clinical symptoms, physical signs, laboratory examinations, and treatment measures of 30 heatstroke patients.Results There were statistically significant differences between severe heatstroke patients and mild heatstroke patients of age, body temperature, heart rate, white blood cell count, hyponatremia, hypochloridemia, hypokalemia, increased zymogram, and decreased blood platelet count (P<0.05). Among these 30 cases, there were 4 death cases due to multiple organ failure, 23 cured cases, and 3 cases with remaining cerebral dysfunction.Conclusion Rapid and effective cooling, sufficient intravenous fluid resuscitation and active support for the organic function can effectively reduce the mortality of patients with severe heatstroke, and improve the prognosis.
